In 2002 we formed Shepherd Surveyors covering England & Wales
This was a joint venture between Direct Valuations and J & E Shepherds – a leading Scottish surveying practice. Across the UK we employ 150 of our own Surveyors.
Our latest expansion was to invest into moneyQuest
The largest on-line mortgage broking business in the UK. Though moneyQuest we are working with many of the UK’s lenders and annually will be originating in excess of £1.5billion of new mortgage business.
From our solid foundations. Direct Valuations, Shepherd Surveyors & moneyQuest are currently developing their connections across the lending sector and are looking forward to working with more banks, building societies and mortgage intermediaries.
