Shepherd Direct
Direct Valuations was established in 1989 and was linked with the launch of First Direct who at the time were looking for a national valuation solution. Some 20 years later we're proud to still be working with First Direct & many other lenders across the mortgage industry.
In 2002 we formed Shepherd Surveyors covering England and Wales. This was a joint venture between Direct Valuations and J & E Shepherds – a leading Scottish surveying practice. Across the UK we employ 150 of our own Surveyors.
Our latest expansion was to invest into moneyQuest – the largest on-line mortgage broking business in the UK. Though moneyQuest we are working with many of the UK’s lenders and annually will be originating in excess of £1.5billion of new mortgage business.
From our solid foundations Direct Valuations, Shepherd Surveyors and moneyQuest are currently developing their connections across the lending sector and are looking forward to working with more banks, building societies and mortgage intermediaries.
Our offices in Chilwell, Nottingham are just 5 mins off junction 25 of the M1.
